Overview
Kiwanis Poker Run is a fundraising event. We do not offer refunds, but a credit can be offered upon request. All requests must be requested no less than 24 hours prior to the event date and time in writing via email or Facebook messenger to Kiwanis of the Colorado River or Kiwanis Poker Run).
Refunds
Once your request is received, we will send you a reply via the method contacted to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and you will receive the credit voucher code via the same method credit was requested within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your credit voucher within the 30 day period, please notify us at info@kiwanispokerrun.com.
